Returns & Exchanges
We are dedicated to providing quality products to our customers hence, Alocoshé’s products are made with love in small batches. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Alocoshé purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review our return policy information below.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Since our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept opened products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, your returns must be made within 7 days of the approval for a refund. The item(s) must be in the original, unopened, and unused condition. Tamper evident seal must be intact.
You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise.

Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
All approved and returned purchased items will be credited to the original debit/credit card used at the time of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
Only items purchased on www.alocoshe.com may be accepted for a return. Items purchased from any other source cannot be returned or exchanged

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Simply email us with your concern & order number.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
